In 2012 we ran 23 workshops with a focus on mental health for people from the LGBTI community. Here we share the combined wisdom from those workshops, along with useful links to other relevant sites and services.

This online tool has been developed to offer you, your friends and family information and support to help you better understand the experience of mental distress, either to aid your own recovery or support someone else's. Based on feedback from participants of the workshops, it has been designed to provide space to reflect on some issues that are specific to our community's emotional health and wellbeing, as well as providing some practical tips on different types of support and self-care.
